Cool beats, soft light, a touch of Miami in the middle of Schöneberg. You train hard here – but in an atmosphere that is light, feminine and full of energy. Not a gym. A boutique studio.
What makes us different
Red light at every station
Every participant has her own therapeutically approved panel with red light and near-infrared. No extra charge, no extra appointment – the only studio in the city.
Maximum 8 women
Small groups mean real corrections. Our trainers see every movement and adjust where necessary.
Women only
A protected space among women – relaxed, motivating, without glances from the side. Our rooms are not visible from the street.
Everything is there
Mats, bands and towels are provided. All you need is sportswear and grip socks.
Red light and near-infrared
The warmth can support circulation, metabolism and recovery – while you train.
Your first visit
Never stood on a Reformer before? Then you are like most people at their first class. This is how it goes:
- Book RedGlow FoundationLevel 1 is the entry point. We start with the basics – no previous experience needed.
- Arrive 15 minutes earlyThe first time, we show you the machine and set the springs for you.
- Sportswear and grip socksThat’s all you need. Everything else is at the studio.
- Train for 50 minutesClear cues, your pace, your red-light panel running the whole time. Our trainers speak English – just say so before class.
- Come backAfter two or three classes you feel confident on the machine – and notice the difference.
Good to know: No entry after the class has started – out of consideration for the group and for safety reasons.
New prices: single class 19 €, 5-class card 89 €
Now cheaper: a single class is 19 € instead of 25 €, the 5-class card 89 € instead of 109 € – that is 17.80 € per class, valid for every class format.
