General Terms and Conditions for the Reformer Pilates studio “WeLovePilates” – a brand of M&M Holding Investment GmbH, Wilmersdorfer Straße 98-99, 10629 Berlin
Studio: Kolonnenstraße 54, 10829 Berlin · E-mail: info@welovepilates.de · Phone: 0176 56841078
Version: July 2026

§ 1 Scope

  1. These terms apply to all contracts for participation in classes and the purchase of single classes, 5 and 10 class cards, monthly packages and vouchers of the WeLovePilates studio (hereinafter “Studio”). The operator is M&M Holding Investment GmbH.
  2. Customers within the meaning of these terms are consumers pursuant to § 13 BGB (German Civil Code). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
  3. As a women-only studio, the Studio is exclusively for women aged 16 and over. Minors require the consent of a legal guardian.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract and booking

  1. Classes are booked and cards, packages and vouchers are purchased via the online booking system on www.welovepilates.de, by e-mail or on site at the Studio.
  2. The contract is concluded when the Studio confirms the booking (booking confirmation by e-mail) or upon completion of the online purchase process.
  3. Attending a class is only possible with prior registration. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 8 per class; spots are allocated in the order of bookings.

§ 3 Services

  1. The Studio offers Reformer Pilates group classes in various formats and levels (including Foundation, Power, Sculpt, Jump and Glow – Stretch & Infrared). A class usually lasts 50 minutes.
  2. An individually adjustable red-light panel is available at every training machine. Its use is voluntary and included in the class prices. The application serves well-being and recovery; it is not a medical treatment and no therapeutic success is promised.
  3. The Studio is entitled to adjust the timetable, class times, class formats and assigned trainers for organisational reasons. There is no entitlement to a specific trainer, machine or spot. If a booked class has to be cancelled, the credit used is refunded to the account or an equivalent replacement date is offered; there is no refund in money.
  4. The Studio may close for good cause (e.g. maintenance, official orders, public holidays, renovation) on up to 14 days per calendar year; announced closures extend the validity of purchased cards accordingly.

§ 4 Prices and payment

  1. The prices shown on the website at the time of booking apply. All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
  2. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online booking system or on site.
  3. Promotional and opening prices apply only during the stated promotional period, cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be offset retroactively.
  4. If a direct debit or charge is reversed for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer bears the resulting bank charges. Until payment has been received in full, the Studio may refuse participation in booked classes.

§ 5 Cards, packages and vouchers

  1. 5 and 10 class cards (credits) are valid from the date of purchase for the period stated at purchase and can be redeemed flexibly for all class formats. Credits not used by the end of the validity period expire without replacement; a refund, cash payout or offset against other services is excluded. An extension of validity is only considered in the case of a longer inability to exercise proven by a medical certificate, or pregnancy, and requires text form.
  2. Cards and credits are personal and non-transferable.
  3. The monthly package entitles the holder to book the stated number of classes within the term. Classes of a week not used expire without replacement unless otherwise agreed. The package ends automatically at the end of the term; it does not renew automatically unless otherwise stated at purchase.
  4. Gift vouchers are transferable, valid for three years from the end of the year of issue and cannot be paid out in cash.

§ 6 Rebooking and no-show – no cancellation

  1. Cancellation of booked classes with a refund of the fee or return of the credit is excluded. Booked classes can only be rebooked to another date free of charge via the online booking system up to 24 hours before the class starts.
  2. If no rebooking is made up to 24 hours before the class starts, the booking is binding. In the case of later cancellation, no-show or abandoning participation, the credit used or the fee paid expires in full; for monthly packages the class counts as used. There is no entitlement to a replacement date, credit note or refund.
  3. This rule is objectively justified because spots per class are limited to 8, the spot is bindingly reserved and spots that become free at short notice usually cannot be filled again.
  4. Participants must arrive 10 minutes before the class starts (15 minutes on the first visit for the mandatory machine introduction). After the class has started there is no entitlement to entry; in the case of lateness, participation may be excluded for reasons of safety and consideration. In this case the class counts as used.
