From Tempelhof to us: closer than you think
Our studio at Kolonnenstraße 54 is just a stone's throw from Tempelhof. By S-Bahn you can reach Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1, S25, S26) in a few minutes, by bike it's a relaxed ride over the Kolonnenbrücke – and from Alt-Tempelhof, Tempelhofer Damm or around Tempelhofer Feld you can reach us quickly too. Pilates on the way to work, after hours or on the weekend: with us, your training fits into your everyday life without having to cross the whole city.
Reformer Pilates statt Fitnessstudio-Routine
With us you don't train on a mat between dumbbells, but on professional Reformer machines that guide every movement precisely. The spring resistance is set exactly to your level – so you train gently on the joints yet highly effectively: core, back, legs, glutes. Many of our participants notice a difference in posture and body awareness after just a few sessions.
Unique in Berlin: your own red light panel
As the only Pilates studio in Berlin, every participant has her own individually adjustable premium full-body panel with therapeutic red light right at the Reformer. The infrared warmth loosens your muscles, promotes blood circulation and turns every session into a workout and recovery in one – you won't find that in Tempelhof or anywhere else in the city.
Classes for every level – early morning to evening
Whether beginner or advanced: with Foundation & Flow (Level 1), Power & Flow (Level 2), Sculpt & Flow (Level 3), Jump & Flow and Glow – Stretch & Infrared, you'll find your class. All classes last 50 minutes, take place several times a week – including early mornings and evenings – and are limited to a maximum of 8 women so your trainer sees every movement.
