Pilates Kreuzberg – women-only Reformer Pilates

Women-only Reformer Pilates for Kreuzberg: 50 minutes, no more than eight participants, red light and near-infrared at every machine. Our studio at Kolonnenstraße 54 is just across the district border, one S-Bahn stop from Yorckstraße.

Right next door instead of across town

The Rote Insel in Schöneberg sits almost on the edge of Kreuzberg. From Yorckstraße the S1 takes one stop to Julius-Leber-Brücke, and by bike you are here in about ten minutes from Viktoriapark or Gleisdreieck. For women in western Kreuzberg, we are closer than many studios in their own district.

Getting here

By S-Bahn: S1 from Yorckstraße one stop towards Wannsee to Julius-Leber-Brücke, then about five minutes on foot. The S2 and S25 also stop at Yorckstraße, and the U7 at Yorckstraße station.

By bike: Along Yorckstraße and over Monumentenbrücke, or through Park am Gleisdreieck, ten to fifteen minutes depending on your starting point.

On foot: From the area around Großbeerenstraße it is about 20 minutes.

What makes Reformer Pilates different

On the Reformer you train on a rolling carriage against springs. The resistance is set for each exercise and can support you or challenge you. Because the carriage gives way, your deep muscles work constantly. That strengthens your core and posture while being kind to your joints.

Women only, personal attention

Only women train here, a maximum of eight per class, and the trainer corrects every participant several times per class. Find out why on Women-only Pilates in Berlin.

Red light and near-infrared at every Reformer

Above every Reformer hangs its own panel with red and near-infrared light. No other studio in Berlin equips every machine like this. Both wavelengths reach into the tissue and can stimulate circulation and metabolism in the muscles. Many of our members say they recover faster after class and find it easier to let go of tension.

To be honest about it: light does not burn fat and it does not replace training. You do the work on the Reformer; the panel creates good conditions for it. More on our page Red Light Pilates Berlin.
