Women-only Pilates in Berlin – Reformer studio for women
Women-only Reformer Pilates in Berlin: 50 minutes, no more than eight participants and red light and near-infrared at every machine. Our studio is at Kolonnenstraße 54 in Schöneberg, a few minutes from S-Bahn Julius-Leber-Brücke.
Why a Pilates studio just for women?
Many women tell us the same thing: in a mixed gym they train differently from how they actually want to. They pick the corner where nobody is watching, skip exercises that look unusual and ask fewer questions. At WeLovePilates that falls away. Everyone here is a woman, from the trainer to the person on the Reformer next to you.
It changes the mood in the room. People try more, laugh at the first wobbly exercise and ask when something feels off. That openness is exactly what a training method built on precise technique needs.
Training that understands women’s bodies
Our trainers know the topics women actually deal with: a pelvic floor that needs to rebuild strength after pregnancy, a back that is tired from sitting, or phases of the cycle that decide how much is possible today. On the Reformer, the springs set the resistance for every exercise, so every woman in the same class can work at her own level.
The focus is on your core, posture and mobility. You move with control and without impact, and still notice after twenty minutes how hard your deep muscles have been working.
Small groups, not a crowded class
Each class has a maximum of eight women. The trainer walks the room, corrects the position of your pelvis and shoulders and comes by several times per class. In big groups that gets lost, yet it decides whether an exercise works or just feels hard.
Red light and near-infrared at every Reformer
Above every Reformer hangs its own panel with red and near-infrared light. No other studio in Berlin equips every machine like this. Both wavelengths reach into the tissue and can stimulate circulation and metabolism in the muscles. Many of our members say they recover faster after class and find it easier to let go of tension.
To be honest about it: light does not burn fat and it does not replace training. You do the work on the Reformer; the panel creates good conditions for it. More on our page Red Light Pilates Berlin.

Who it is for
For beginners who have never been on a Reformer. For women who sit a lot and feel it in their back. For women returning after a break or after pregnancy, once their doctor or midwife has given the go-ahead. And for anyone who runs or lifts and wants something calmer for posture and mobility.
If you have an acute injury, have just had surgery or are pregnant, please have a quick word with us first. We can usually find a way, but we want to know.
Your first class
Come ten minutes early. We show you the machine, set the footbar and springs for you and explain what to look out for. All you need are sports clothes and non-slip grip socks.
