Corporate fitness – Reformer Pilates for your team in Berlin
Reformer Pilates as a benefit for your team: class cards invoiced to your company, a red-light and near-infrared panel at every machine and a maximum of 8 women per class, right in Berlin-Schöneberg.
A benefit people actually use
Most corporate fitness offers end up forgotten in a drawer after two weeks. Reformer Pilates does not, because every class takes place in a small fixed group, because the trainer corrects every participant, and because you walk out after 50 minutes feeling noticeably different from when you came in. Your employees book their own sessions via Eversports whenever it fits their day: at 7 in the morning, at noon or at 7 in the evening.

All prices include VAT. You receive an invoice to your company; the cards are assigned to your employees’ Eversports accounts. Larger teams, memberships or an exclusive team class: just get in touch.
Tax note: In Germany, employers can grant benefits in kind of up to 50 € per month and employee free of tax and social security contributions (§ 8 (2) sentence 11 EStG). A 10-class card for 149 € over three months is below that threshold. Whether and how this applies in your case should be checked with your tax adviser – we are happy to issue the invoice the way you need it.
How it works
- Send a request. A short e-mail with your company name, the number of cards and your billing address is all we need.
- Receive the invoice. You get an invoice from us within one working day.
- Assign the cards. Your employees create a free Eversports account (or already have one) and we add the cards to it.
- Start glowing. They book their sessions themselves in the timetable – every card is valid for all six class formats.
What your team can expect
Each woman on her own Reformer, each with her own red-light and near-infrared panel – the only studio in Berlin to offer this. The studio is women-only and not visible from the outside. Frequently asked questions from companies
Can we distribute the cards flexibly among employees?
Yes. You give us names and e-mail addresses and we assign the cards. Changes are possible later as long as a card has not been started.
What about male colleagues?
Our studio is women-only – that is part of the concept and much appreciated by our members. For mixed teams we therefore recommend positioning the offer as a benefit specifically for the women on your team.
Is there a minimum term or subscription?
No. You buy cards, not a membership. If your team likes it, simply order more.
Can we book the studio exclusively for a team class?
Yes, for up to 8 people. Send us your preferred date and we will make you an offer.
